P-ure refers to the essence of our being. In our essence, there is health, prosperity, harmony, abundance, joy, light and love. U R or “you are” in P-ure refers to the fact that we have to remind ourselves that we are human beings and not human doings, as the great master Yogi Bhajan has said.
So often in life we are told to measure our sense of self-worth and self-confidence to what we have accomplished by other people’s standards and not to who we are. By too much mental stress, emotional stress and dietary stress we end up with a lot of toxins in our body. And this will reflect upon our health, our sense of wellbeing, our emotional state and our ability to give and receive love.

I use meditation, yoga techniques, energy healing techniques, shamanic techniques, regression, sound currents, breathing techniques to find the suitable answer to your specific situation, along with some dietary suggestions.
